Overcharge Added!

A new rule is being added to Warcaste! You can now Overcharge your doctrine by flipping it face down to gain an additional 5 cmd points on your turn. Your doctrine will then flip face up on your next turn. While face down, it has no abilities. This was added to speed up games.
