    • Imperial Doctrine formally establishes the hierarchy: True Humans, Lessers, and Aliens. Alien submission or annihilation becomes official policy.

  • 410 – 580 IY: Alien Subjugation Wars

    • Thousands of non-human civilizations are conquered or exterminated. Imperial fleets stretch across the galaxy.

  • 603 IY: Reawakening of the Psikers

    • Facing an alien empire resistant to conventional warfare, the Imperium reactivates the Psikers from hibernation.

  • 621 IY: Psiker Victory and Ascendancy

    • Psiker-guided fleets annihilate the alien empire. Psikers are granted governance over conquered systems.

  • 700 – 890 IY: Age of Psiker Dominion

    • Psiker-controlled regions flourish. Their culture and biology diverge from baseline humanity. Imperial dependence deepens.

    • Imperial fleets arrive at Ramus. Native Raminites resist assimilation, leading to a prolonged planetary conflict.

    • Harsh conditions reshape the Thorne settlers into the Karnage. Violence becomes ritualized survival.

    • The alien Yorion invade Thorne. Karnage forces capture Yorion ships.

    • The Karnage embrace total war as sacred doctrine. Expansion begins.

  • 960 – 1100 IY: Corinthian Mercantile Ascendancy

    • Corinth survives the Collapse intact. Trade fleets, mercenaries, and debt become instruments of power.

  • 1010 – 1100 IY: Fracturing of the Psiker Union

    • Internal ideological divisions weaken Psiker unity. Rival factions emerge.

  • 1216 IY: The Burning of Ramus

    • Impossible warp signatures appear. Four Psiker Warstars emerge above Ramus.

    • Shipyards convert fully to war production. Open conflict becomes inevitable.

    • A joint Ramus–Psiker fleet enters Karnage space.

    • The Karnage detonate the Dominion of War, annihilating half the Ramus fleet.

    • Psiker factions clash at Ecliptra-7, but both withdraw after witnessing an extra-warpal entity, fracturing Psiker unity and revealing the Fleet Final’s true purpose to prepare the galaxy for an eldritch level threat.

    • An ancient Imperium vault is discovered. Multiple factions converge.

    • The station is sabotaged. Jol Kareth kills the traitor, Herrase. Psiker Archseer Eryndra witnesses visions of the Collapse. The vault self-destructs.
