What is the Warcaste TCG?

Warcaste TCG is a tactical sci-fi digital card game where battlefield positioning matters.

Choose a Military Doctrine, build your fleet, and maneuver your forces across a three-zone battlefield as you fight to destroy your opponent's territories.

What game modes are available?

Warcaste is being developed with three primary ways to play:

Story Mode
Fight through campaign missions and experience the conflict of the Warcaste universe.

Solo Play
Battle computer-controlled opponents, test decks, and experiment with new strategies.

Online PvP
Challenge other players in 1v1 online battles.

How many factions are there?

Set 1 features four playable factions:

• Corinth

• Karnage

• Psiker

• Ramus

Each faction has its own identity, strategies, and playstyles.

Are card packs required to build competitive decks?

No.

Packs purchased with earned in-game credits contain cosmetic rewards such as full-art and foil card variants.

They do not provide a pay-to-win advantage.

Was AI used to develop Warcaste?

OpenAI Codex has been used extensively as a coding and software-development tool during development of the digital version of Warcaste.

The game's artwork, lore, card text, game design, and overall creative direction are created by the developer, with audio produced by human artists.

Will more physical Warcaste products be printed?

There are currently no plans to restock the physical products available through the Legacy Shop.

Once an item sells out, it will be discontinued.

What platform is Warcaste coming to?

Warcaste TCG is currently being developed for Windows PC through Steam.

How does Warcaste play?

Every deck begins with a Military Doctrine that helps define its strategy.

Players build fleets using units, abilities, and tactics, then deploy their forces across a three-zone battlefield.

Positioning is an important part of Warcaste. Players must decide where to deploy their forces, when to advance, when to defend, and when to push into enemy territory.

What are Doctrines?

Every Warcaste deck begins with a Military Doctrine.

Your Doctrine provides abilities and helps define how your deck plays. Different Doctrines support different strategies, allowing players to build aggressive, defensive, control, combo, and other styles of fleets.

Can I buy in-game currency with real money?

No.

Warcaste is designed around earning rewards by playing the game rather than purchasing currency or card packs with real money.

How can I follow development?

The best way to support Warcaste before release is to wishlist the game on Steam.

How many cards are in the game?

Warcaste includes more than 200 cards from Set 1, giving players a wide variety of units, tactics, abilities, and deckbuilding strategies.

Does Warcaste have microtransactions?

No.

Warcaste does not sell card packs or gameplay advantages for real money.

Playing the game earns in-game credits that can be used to open packs containing collectible cosmetic versions of cards.

Does Warcaste have multiplayer?

Yes.

Warcaste features 1v1 online PvP, allowing you to battle other players using decks you have built.
